We thoroughly check all our products before they are sent out to our customers, however if you discover a fault you will be able return the product within 3 days of purchase and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one of the equivalent value.
Items can only be retuned if you have found a fault with the product. We regret we cannot refund if for example you have chosen the wrong size or colour.
Returns must be made to The Bike Stable Ltd, 37 Bethlehem Street, Grimsby DN31 1JQ. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging with receipt.
Bike warranty terms and conditions differ for individual brands, you can usually find this information on the product manufacturer’s website. If you register your bike with certain brands they will extend the warranty, please check individual brands for terms and conditions. Please note, derestriction of bikes performance will likely void warranty and is done at your own risk.
If you have a problem with your bike and believe it is under warranty you are required to report it to The Bike Stable Ltd first. You can do this by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
If it is not possible to bring your bike into our store we may ask you for an image of the full bike, the problem area, the serial number and a copy of the purchase receipt along with a detailed description of the problem. This is standard procedure and all manufactures require this information.
Your right to cancel
If you have purchased a product online you have a right to cancel within 14 days of ordering. The product must be returned within 14 days of the notice to cancel. You will liable for any costs involved in returning the products to us.
